Detroit Lions meet with physical Arkansas WR Keon Hatcher

Hatcher, who broke his foot in 2015, fits the mold of the Day 3 WR the Lions have looked hard at in the draft Keon Hatcher should be in the NFL already. If not for a broken foot he suffered in the second game of the 2015 season, he’d probably be reporting for the start of his team’s off-season workouts this week. But as Hatcher looks back on the injury that forced him to spend a fifth season at Arkansas, the physical wide receiver sees a silver lining in all of his pain. “I think (it helped with) just the maturity,” Hatcher said. “Every year, I feel like the game slows down for you just because you’re getting older, you’ve been around it longer, you’re seeing more things that you weren’t seeing
