Lions select Jalen Reeves-Maybin with extra 4th-round pick in NFL draft

The Detroit Lions selected outside linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin of Tennessee with the No. 124th overall pick in the NFL draft on Saturday. Reeves-Maybin, at 6 feet and 230 pounds, was a productive as a two-year starter at Tennessee, posting at least 100 tackles and leading the Vols in that category each year. But a season-ending shoulder injury his senior year limited him to starting just four games and posting 20 tackles. He’s undersized but considered a flexible athlete and a good special-teams player.
